Can Flauta is a secluded country house set within its own grounds surrounded by almond trees in 7.500 m2 land. Situated in a very peaceful location between the larger town of Inca and the picturesque village of Selva it is an ideal central location to explore the best of what Mallorca has to offer.
A perfect location for families the villa is set out on one level and provides spacious accommodation with: three air conditioned double bedrooms (one ensuite); family bathroom; large dining room/lounge; and, a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. There are a number of doors providing easy access to the outside living area; this comprises of a large shaded dining area with a superb in-built barbeque next to a herb and flower garden. This dining area is next to the private swimming-pool (8 x 4 metres) and has magnificent views of Selva and the “Sierra de Tramuntana” (Mountains of North Mallorca).
